Clever Techniques For Fast Fat Loss - How The Mind And Body Affect Fat

by Ben Pate

Since time immemorable, the proper technique for quick weight loss has always been an important issue with people who have to lose some unwanted fats. There are a number of ways this can be done, but basically there's two approaches to this. First is the "crash-burn" method and next is the 'speedy burn' technique.

Many fat burning specialists say that the body has some sort of silent alarm that warns it that the body might be in danger. This alarm goes off when the fat in the body goes below the body's indicators or set points. This is why sometimes you notice that the more you attempt to get rid of some weight, the harder it seems. This happens because that silent alarm may have gone off and puts the body in a sort of "survival mode" storing as much fat as it can to survive.

Another good example of this happening in the body is when we engage in crash diets or start exercising too much. Since the body was not used to this, it becomes "traumatized" and remembers these events as "crash points". The moment you stop dieting and slow down in your exercises, it stores as much as it can, slowing down our metabolism, in case the body experiences "trauma" again in the future.

When you do crash-burn techniques to immediately get rid of excess weight, the body is stunned and shocked. Initially it would lose weight, probably a lot of it, but when you stop exercising and go back to your normal routine and eating habits, you will gain all that weight back and retain even more fat. Why? Because after your crash diet, the body turned on its survival mode to protect itself. It now becomes resistant to burning fats, and it slows down your metabolism making it harder to lose weight again. That's why the "crash-burn" method of losing weight and burning fat fast is not recommended by weight loss specialists.

Now let's look at a more ideal method to use, which is the "speedy burn" method. This would entail applying less severe and more gradual techniques of burning fats and losing weight. A good example is walking based programs designed to retrain the body, increase your metabolism, and retain your ideal weight for a long time.

On the other hand, "speedy-burn" is rapid weight loss which is different from crash-burn because this method involves gradual processes of retraining the body so it can lose weight at the most optimum speed that is healthy. One way to do this is to engage in walking based programs or exercises when you begin training or working out to shed some pounds. It is also not recommended to go into crash diets.

Alternatively you can eat better by only eating healthy and nutritious food. By doing this, the body will not go into survival mode. You will more easily and speedily lose that weight in the long run by using this method, unlike in "crash-burn" methods where the body becomes very resistant to weight loss, burning fats and has slower metabolism.

But if you understand the idea of the relationship between the body-mind psychology, by doing slow and gradual fat burning processes, for instance a walking-based program, the body is retrained and able to achieve quick weight loss and keep it off in the long run.
